EU DELIVERIES
Royal Mail International Tracked (£10.00): 7 Days
Since 29/09/22, NO IMPORT TAXES/FEES on orders under €150 in the EU. Price at checkout is final for EU orders under €150. Orders over €150 will attract import taxes/ customs.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Royal Mail International Tracked (£10.00): 7-10 Days
Orders to non-EU countries will attract import taxes & custom fee’s. The customer is responsible for covering these charges. Top Priority will not pay import duties/taxes under any circumstance.
Shipping charges, transit times & duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

DUTY AND TAX
When you buy products from another country which are then shipped into your own, there is a high chance that there will be an extra cost called 'Customs Duty' and ‘TAX’ that the local customs office might ask you to pay. IF YOUR PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED
In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
ORDER CHANGES / AMENDMENTS
If you wish to make changes to an order, please contact our customer help team urgently, with the desired amendments. A member of our team will respond confirming if the changes have been actioned, otherwise the goods will need to be returned for an exchange at the customers cost.
